LonMat® UV meets the U. S. Military and NATO Switchboard Matting, MIL-DTL-15562G, TYPE I specifications for flooring mat products that protect workers from electrocution by disrupting the route to ground. LonMat® Marble Vinyl Flooring Roll – Specs & Options

The LonMat Lonseal flooring comes in rolls that are 3 feet wide and 75 feet in length. They have an overall thickness of 3.2 millimeters and a wear layer thickness of 1.2 millimeters. Each roll is 240 pounds. This attractive, marble patterned floor with a smooth finish comes in grey marble, blue marble, beige marble, and green marble.

This LonMat marble vinyl flooring roll meets MIL-DTL-15562G, Type II, and features a GreenAir® (low VOC) formulation. LonMat® Marble Vinyl Flooring Roll – Cleaning & Maintenance

To ensure the quality and integrity of the floor is maintained, it is imperative that the maintenance method is used.

Initial Maintenance:

1. Ensure the proper installation method has been followed
2. Always wait 48 hours after installation has been completed before beginning initial maintenance.
3. Clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
4. Using a properly diluted neutral pH cleaner, scrub the floor with a TASKI Contact Pad on a slow speed (175 – 300 RPM) rotary floor machine or auto-scrubber, vacuuming up any remaining cleaning solution. 5. If necessary, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue.

Routine/Daily Maintenance:

1. Remove all gross soiling (food, gum, residues, etc.). Take care if using a scraper or putty knife to avoid permanently damaging the surface of the flooring.
2. Clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
3. Apply a properly diluted neutral cleaner to the surface using a microfiber wet mop pad.
4. If necessary, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue.

Periodic Maintenance:

1. Remove all gross soiling (food, gum, residues, etc.). Take care if using a scraper or putty knife to avoid permanently damaging the surface of the flooring.
2. Clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
3. Using a properly diluted neutral pH cleaner, scrub the floor with a red buffing pad on a slow speed (175 – 300 RPM) rotary floor machine or auto-scrubber, vacuuming up any remaining cleaning solution. If intending to revitalize the gloss of the floor, substitute a spray buff for the neutral pH cleaner.
4. If necessary, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue.
