Lonseal® LonDeck® Sol faux leather deck vinyl sheets feature cool touch technology and reflect the sun while decreasing the surface temperature. It’s strong, attractive, and durable.

Lonseals® exterior flooring series, LonDeck® SOL, is a strong exterior sheet vinyl floor covering with a cool touch technology that reflects the sun’s rays and decreases the surface temperature up to 10 degrees Fahrenheit.

LonDeck® Sol has a leather grain design. It endures high volumes of foot traffic and withstands weather wear. Because of its flexibility, this product Sol has been used in spaces like pools, hotels and condo decks and stairways, as it delivers pool decking that doesn’t get hot.

This Londeck leather look rollout flooring offers a cool deck for pools, but it’s also suitable for specialty vehicles applications, and more. It’s available in clay dust, overcast, pure earth, and desert khaki, and it can be used indoors or outdoors. It stands up to high traffic areas, and its attractive leather grain pattern provides durability and traction.

The wear layer of this flooring is formulated to provide maximum resistance to foot traffic and easy maintenance. Lonseal® LonDeck® Sol Vinyl Flooring Specs & Features

This exterior vinyl sheeting comes in rolls that are 8 feet and 6 inches wide (2.6 millimeters) by 60 feet long (18.3 meters). The rolls are 0.080 inches (2.0 millimeters) thick and have a wear layer thickness of 0.032 inches (0.8 millimeters). They have a weight of 0.6 pounds per square foot, for a total weight of 310 pounds for 516 square feet.

This Londeck product is a waterproof sheet vinyl decking product that has multiple applications for pools, sundecks, boats, and balconies. This is a sophisticated and high-performance sheet vinyl decking that can meet the demands of extreme weather conditions, high traffic, and abrasive wear for years. It provides a sturdy surface that is waterproof, which makes it also a perfect choice for trailers, RVs, buses, and boats.

Lonseal® LonDeck® Sol Vinyl Flooring Maintenance After Installation

Initial Maintenance:

1. Ensure the installation has been done per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
2. Always wait 48 hours after installation has been completed before beginning initial maintenance.
3. Clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
4. Using a properly diluted neutral pH cleaner, scrub the floor with a blue scrubbing pad on a slow speed (175 – 300 RPM) rotary floor machine or auto-scrubber, vacuuming up any remaining cleaning solution.
5. If necessary, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue.
6. Once the floor has fully dried, apply the finish, making sure to allow each coat of finish to fully dry before proceeding with the next coat.
7. Ensure the finish is fully dry before allowing any traffic on the floor.

Routine/Daily Maintenance:

1. Remove all gross soiling (food, gum, residues, etc.). Take care if using a scraper or putty knife to avoid permanently damaging the surface of the flooring.
2. Clean the flooring using a microfiber dust mop. If necessary, vacuum the floor to first pick up any large particles.
3. Apply a properly diluted neutral cleaner to the surface using a microfiber wet mop pad.
4. If necessary, use clean water and a clean microfiber mop pad to remove any remaining residue.

Periodic Maintenance:
